Customer serviceThe basic philosophy of our practice is to involve our patients in the decision making process. We encourage them to place their questions about their treatment, starting from the first consultation until the removal of their braces. At the same time our opinion is that patients should come to their decision with the aid of a complex but understandable treatment plan. Our patients can keep in touch with the practice by telephone, our web site or by post. Naturally our patients are always welcome to come into our practice to put their question to our friendly qualified reception staff. Our patient coordinator is always at hand for consultation on the treatment process and other details. Questions concerning the actual balance of certain treatment and fees, patients can consult our practice manager. Throughout the treatment our qualified medical staff are always happy to answer any questions that may arise. We continually ask our patients during the time of treatment too explicit their views on our service. The aim of this customer care is to keep our practice at a professional level. Our practice has prepared a lot of handouts and information covering all our services, which can be obtained in person at our practice or by post. We also offer a personal e mail service. We supply information on innovation through our newsletter.
