Full treatmentsIn the majority of orthodontic treatments there is a necessity to treat the lower and upper teeth at the same time. In most cases the chief complaint of the patient defines the treatment objective of a full, simultaneous treatment of upper and lower teeth. Sometimes it might occur, that the patient wants a minor intervention, but due to the condition of the teeth, it is not possible to make a partial intervention and the desired goal can only be achieved with a full treatment. The treatment of the upper and lower teeth in the same time provides a wide range of possibilities. With a full treatment we can set an appropriate relationship between upper and bottom teeth. In addition to this it is also possible to achieve a nice soft tissue balance and a nice facial and smile aesthetics. With this treatment modality almost all of the objectives can be achieved. A full treatment can be attained with fixed or non-fixed braces. The treatment can be visible, but even discreet or invisible. In general the treatment time is such full cases is vary between 18-32 months
